Services
All services are provided by Emilie Nutley Coaching + Consulting.
Emilie Nutley Coaching + Consulting provides Money Coaching, Financial Education + Financial Strategy Consulting. The services provided under these terms to 1:1 Money Coaching where you will get:
Seven (7) one to one call via Zoom lasting 60 minutes;
The call will cover mindset, budgeting, strategy, investing, pensions, cash flow, money management
Within three days of the call, you’ll receive detailed notes of what we discussed and what you can to do next
Access to ongoing coaching and support via Voxer during the time we are working together
Should you have any specific goals or aims in mind which are not listed above then these will need to be agreed in advance. Once payment has been completed you will be prompted to book your first session and you will be sent a series of questions to complete and return by email in advance of our call so that we can make the most of our time together.
Fees and Payment Terms
All fees are charged in advance. VAT is not charged and there are no additional expenses. Where payments are due monthly they are due on the same day each month.
Where we have sent a quote, that quote is valid for 7 days only. After the 7 day period we may revise our quote and timescales for deliverability. Quotes for work are unique to each client and represent the time to be incurred on each project. Quotes may be higher or lower for certain clients depending on whether there is already a pre-existing relationship which will impact the number of hours required in each circumstance.
Payment is due within 7 days of the date of any invoice. No work will begin until payment has been received in full.
After the 7-day period any outstanding sums become an unpaid debt. Emilie Nutley Coaching + Consulting reserve their right to seek statutory interest on any unpaid debts.
Cancellation and Postponement
Should you, need to cancel or postpone your call for any reason, notification should be made in writing to hello@emilienutley.co.uk No cancellation charges will apply.
If in the unlikely event that we as the provider need to cancel, we will notify you as soon as is reasonably practical and any monies that have been paid to date will be returned to you via BACS transfer within 14 days of the confirmed cancellation.
Refunds
As you’re booking for a specific date and time, no refunds are provided if you change you change your mind or can’t attend. However you can postpone your appointment time provided that sufficient notice is given.
I am committed to providing you with a high-quality service that is both efficient and effective. Should you have any complaints in relation to any aspect of our service, please contact Emilie Nutley via hello@emilienutley.co.uk. I agree to look into your complaint carefully and promptly and take reasonable steps to resolve it.
Refunds will be provided in accordance with your statutory rights.
Disclaimers
It is important that you are aware that any success achieved in the sessions is dependent on you actioning the work, staying in contact with your coach and being open and honest with us about your financial situation.
In addition, please be advised while Emilie Nutley is a Qualified Financial Advisor and holds a Professional Certificate of Achievement from the London Institute of Banking and Finance, I will only be providing general advice and financial education. I will coach you so that you are able to make financial decisions for yourself.
Whilst many clients experience more control over their finances as a result of our services, we offer no guarantees. Each person and business is different and results may vary.
All services are performed by Emilie Nutley. No services are outsourced.
Intellectual Property Rights
I retain all copyright in any document prepared in the course of carrying out any services on your behalf. Should you wish to use the document for additional purposes a licence fee can be agreed.
Communication
Communication with clients will be via email or telephone unless otherwise agreed in advance. Electronic communications are not totally secure and I cannot be held responsible for damage or loss caused by viruses. My usual business hours are 9am until 5pm, Monday, Thursday and Saturday]. Outside of these times responses to any communications may not be read or responded to. Please be aware that as part of the content strategy for my business, social media posts may be uploaded to social channels outside of these hours.
Data Protection
Your privacy and the protection of your personal data is important to me/us and it will be handled in the following way:
Apart from as outlined below, your data will only be used and processed in connection with the performance of the services listed above;
Your personal data will be kept confidential and will never be shared with unconnected third parties. It will be shared with third parties such as an accountant to allow them to perform accountancy functions;
Your data will be kept secure at all times and only stored electronically on devices which are password protected;
In order to ensure that the data held is accurate, all data will be obtained from you directly;
Your data will be stored for the minimum number of years following completion of the services to allow compliance with insurance obligations; and
All data collected will be limited to that which is necessary to allow the services to be performed.
Confidentiality and Retention of Information
Communications between us are confidential. I will take all reasonable steps not to disclose personal information about you and your business save for in circumstances as required by law or by me to perform the internal operations of my business, such as disclosure to an accountant.
Documents and information in relation to your matters will not be held longer than required by insurance provider obligations.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided to you with reasonable care and skill. Forseeable risks which could arise include the sharing of your simple spending plan to the wrong email address . I will take all steps to avoid such an occurrence and any liability to you is limited to the amount of any fees paid.
I do not and cannot guarantee any specific results in respect of transformational mindset changes, increased savings, decreased debt, increased net worth.
There will not be no liability to you for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances outside my reasonable control.
Third Party Rights
No person other than the person provided with a copy of these Terms of Business shall be deemed to have the benefit of the services, or have any rights to enforce or rely on any of the terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Business are my standard terms and conditions of business and should at all times be construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
The courts of England & Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, or dispute arising out of this engagement or any matter arising from it.
